MITE Taken private

My IT Education has been taken private by Vijay Madala and we should be live within 4 month.  The site is fully functional right now, but it does not have the look and feel that I happy with.

When MITE was owned by Novi IT, it was more of a step child with potential and taking it private will us a focus that is needed to make it successful.

I have added one member to our staff, Charlotte Serrano, she is our local Admin who will take care of the office and needs that we have.

There are not any quality developers that I interviewed that I happy with here, so we are teaming up with Fourbends and getting our own team of 4 developers in India.  2 for the UI and 2 hard core developers.

The meeting on Saturday went very well and we have given authorization to hire our team in India.  Fourbends will take care of the coordination but all the employees in India will work for us and only us.

I am hoping that we ill be fully operational by Monday May16, 2016.  From that point it should take me only 4 months to get everything working.

I have offered 250 IT Company owners free access to all of our classes for 6 months so that we can get a through testing done of the website.

We have a lot of work ahead of us.  I will keep everyone updated.

Programming Surge

I am not sure what to call it, but we have been doing a Programming Surge trying to get the Web Portal to add all the features we wanted.

We all worked until 12:30am last night and then right back to the office at 9am.  I am thinking of adding a few more sofas to the office so that people can nap while there are here and not have to go home to rest.

You should see out trash cans, we are all basically living on Papa John's, Pizzza Hut, Namaste Flavors and Diet Coke.  I am not sure how the rest of the team is doing, but I am basically awake only because of the Diet Coke.  If someone is out there is studying the effects of massive amount of caffeine on a body, then we are the perfect study group.

I wanted to give a shout out to everybody that is working so hard, I know I have been pushing everybody, but my next phase of development depends on the successful completion of this phase.  So please give me another week of your time and we should be at a place where I can give you sometime off (PTO).

Why Did We Start

MyITeducation (MITE) was started with a simple idea.  Be the Best of Nothing.  I know that the motto belongs to Mercedes, but it is such a simple statement but means so much.

My name is Vijay Madala and I have been put in charge of delivering to you the MITE portal.

I have always been very passionate about education and my most successful business, VXL Training, started as an internal training company for the employees of Corporate Computer Services and grew to become one of the largest and most successful IT Training centers in Detroit.

In business you have to realize the future and mold yourself that future or you die.  Competition is brutal.  The landscape is littered with giant companies that have gone bankrupt.  Even at it's peak I realized quickly that VXL Training had an Achilles Heel.  We had too much infrastructure and the cost of that real estate is very expensive.  Training has tremendous ebb and flow, and when the IT job market is hot, students are clamoring for classes and when the IT job market is slow, you cannot give the classes away.

Born from this realization was born MITE.  MITE will bring the best teachers in the world to students all over the world for learning Information Technology subjects and at affordable prices.

Having been in education for years now, I know where all the best teachers are in the world and I will convince them to offer up their best classes for our customers.

Our business logic will cause the cream to raise and get higher rankings and others will simply rank too low and will fall by the wayside.
